25-year facility management contract
In addition to the technical contract, Wicotec Kirkebjerg is to carry out facility management for the next 25 years at a total value of DKK 625 million. The operation contract for the facility management mainly comprises operation and maintenance of buildings and technical installations as well as other services.

Denmark’s largest PPP project
The project, New Psychiatric Center in the New University Hospital in Aarhus (DNU) is Denmark's largest PPP project so far.
The contract between the parties is expected to be signed in the near future. The contract does not affect Aarsleff's earnings expectations for the financial year 2013/2014.
