At Aarsleff, we are happy to receive unsolicited applications. Often, we begin our recruitment process by going through our database of unsolicited applications. If we find the right candidate, we are not going to advertise the job.

Therefore, we advise to you to send us your unsolicited application via our job agent – that will give us the best possibility to find your application when we are looking for a new colleague. When you use the job agent, you will receive a confirmation upon submitting your application. Then, we will pass on your application to the relevant manager for assessment.

We will do our utmost to reply to you within two weeks. All unsolicited applications will be saved for six months.

Apply for the advertised jobs
Even though you have submitted an unsolicited application, it is still a good idea to keep an eye on the advertised jobs and send us an application if a specific job appeals to you. That will give you the best chances of being selected.
