Contract for the enlargement of Port of Frederikshavn

Per Aarsleff A/S has entered into a contract with Frederikshavn Havn A/S for the enlargement of Port of Frederikshavn at a total value of DKK 552 million. The contract comprises phase 1 and is a part of a major enlargement project for Port of Frederikshavn.

The contract does not affect Aarsleff's earnings expectations for the financial year 2014/2015.
