Aarsleff’s acquisition of shares in Trym Anlegg AS has been approved

On 24 June 2022, Per Aarsleff Holding A/S announced that the company had entered into an agreement on acquisition of 66.6% of the shares in Trym Anlegg AS. 

The acquisition was subject to the approval of the Norwegian competition authorities. Today we have received this approval from the Norwegian competition authorities. 

The acquisition will formally take place on 12 July 2022.
