Aarsleff’s investment in the Faroese company ArtiCon has been approved

On 20 January 2025, Per Aarsleff Holding A/S announced that the company had made an agreement to become the main shareholder of ArtiCon P/f by acquiring 80% of the shares. 

The acquisition was subject to the approval from the Faroese competition authorities. Today we have received this approval. 

The acquisition will take place in the middle of March.
