Pursuant to section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, it is hereby informed that Per Aarsleff Holding A/S received the following announcement from The Danish Labour Market Supplementary Pension (ATP) on 9 January: 

The Danish Labour Market Supplementary Pension (ATP) hereby, pursuant to section 38(1) of the Capital Markets Act, notifies Per Aarsleff Holding A/S that ATP’s holding of shares in Per Aarsleff Holding A/S as of 9 January 2026 amounts to 9.73% of the share capital and 6.00% of the voting rights in Per Aarsleff Holding A/S.
