As of 28 May 2026, the total holding of B shares (ISIN DK0060700516) was 989,055 shares corresponding to a nominal share capital of DKK 1,978,110 of a total share capital of DKK 39,150,000. 

It is also announced that BI Asset Management Fondsmæglerselskab A/S, CVR no.: 20896477, is the asset manager of the legal persons and that BI Asset Management Fondsmæglerselskabet A/S, subject to portfolio management agreement, is entitled to exercise the voting rights. 

As of 28 May 2026, the holding of voting rights was 989,055 votes corresponding to 3.12% of the total number of voting rights of Per Aarsleff Holding A/S.
