Reconstruction of station

In the autumn of 2011, Aarsleff entered into a contract with Rail Net Denmark for the reconstruction of Denmark’s busiest railway station, Nørreport, in Copenhagen. The concrete structures in the tunnel pipes are to be renovated, the air quality is to be improved by means of new ventilation systems, the forecourt and the station buildings are to be modernised, and we are to install fire protection systems. The renovation takes place on the platform areas, and the access conditions are very difficult.
