Shell structure Copenhagen Towers
In Ørestad, Aarsleff has carried out the second phase of Copenhagen Towers, a 22-storey office tower and a 7-storey office building. The contract comprised concrete work and element installation. The core of the 85-metre-high office tower which will comprise elevators, toilets, stairs and installation shafts was cast in situ by means of a climbing formwork. For each storey, we used about 100 cubic metres of concrete. For the other parts of the building, e.g. columns, beams and deck, we used elements and steel structures.
